2.3 Payment for all products must be made at the time of collection. We accept cash and Revolut .

3. Custom Orders

3.1 For bespoke or custom orders, specific terms and conditions may apply. These will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

3.2 Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of  at the time of order confirmation. The balance is due upon delivery or pick-up.

3.3 We will make every effort to create custom orders to your specifications. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

4.1 Delivery and pick-up options will be agreed upon at the time of order. We will make every effort to meet your delivery or pick-up schedule, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

4.2 We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Deposits are non refundable.

5.2 Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may take up to 5 days to process.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

6.1 We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.

6.2 While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergens.
